TL;DR
14 days to change your mind. Unworn, tags on, original packaging. You cover return postage unless it's faulty.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it — no reason required.
Once you've told us, you have another 14 days to send the piece back.
What we'll accept
Returned items must be:
- Unworn (no creasing, no marks, no deodorant residue, no perfume)
- With all original tags still attached
- In the original packaging where possible
Pieces returned in a condition that suggests they've been worn outside — sweat, smells, dirt, damage — will be sent back at your cost and not refunded.
How to return
Email orders@eritage.xyz with your order reference and we'll send back the return address and instructions.
We recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund items we don't receive.
Who pays for return shipping
Change of mind: you cover the return postage.
Faulty or wrong item sent: we cover it. Email us a photo with your order reference.
Your refund
Once we've received the return and checked it over, we'll process the refund within 14 days — usually faster. It'll go back to the original payment method.
Refunds include the price you paid for the item and original standard shipping. We don't refund the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable time, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Email us with a photo of the fault and your order reference and we'll sort a replacement, repair, or refund.
Sale & archive items
Drops marked as final sale or archive are non-returnable except where faulty. We'll flag clearly at checkout if a piece is final sale.
