Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. If you're somewhere else and want a piece, drop us a line at orders@eritage.xyz — we'll do what we can.

Standard: £4.50 flat. Royal Mail Tracked 48 with proof of delivery.
Free shipping on orders over £80.
When it ships
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays go out on the next working day.
You'll get an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.
How long it takes
UK: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Ireland: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
These are Royal Mail's estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive on time, but the occasional delay isn't something we control.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order doesn't show up within 10 working days of the dispatch email, email us at orders@eritage.xyz with your order reference. We'll chase Royal Mail and sort it.
Arrived damaged? Take a photo and email us within 7 days of receipt. We'll replace or refund.
Wrong address?
Email us within an hour of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. After dispatch we can't change the address — it'll have to come back to us before we can resend.
