These terms
By placing an order through eritage.xyz, you agree to be bound by these terms. They don't affect your statutory consumer rights, which always take precedence where they conflict with anything written here.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK VAT. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout and shown clearly before you pay.
Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your device.
If a price is shown incorrectly due to a clear error, we'll contact you before processing — you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud. In that case we'll refund you in full.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Title (ownership) passes on receipt of full payment.
Cancellations & returns
Full details in our Returns Policy. In short: 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items returned in their original condition, you cover return postage unless faulty.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 every item we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't, we'll repair, replace, or refund — in line with your statutory rights.
Our liability
We don't limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any breach of your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
Intellectual property
All content on eritage.xyz — designs, photography, copy, the 'ERITAGE name, the wordmark — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce, resell, or repurpose any of it without written permission.
Use of the site
Don't use this site or any service to do anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or break things. Be reasonable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the time you placed it.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If we can't sort something out between us, you can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or your local Trading Standards.
